
Return, Refund, and Lifetime Limited Warranty Policy

At Dotmod France, we value your satisfaction.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we have a clear and simple return policy designed to make the process as easy as possible.
1. Returns
If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Returns are accepted only for products that are:

Unopened,

Unused, and
-
In their complete and original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors on our part.

2. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will issue a refund for the original purchase amount, under the following conditions:

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of defective products or shipping errors.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
3. Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Opened liquids,

Used products,
-
Sale or clearance items,

Consumables such as coils, batteries, or disposable products.
4. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at france@dotmod.com.
We will arrange a free exchange for an identical or equivalent product, subject to availability.
5. Lifetime Limited Warranty
At Dotmod, we take pride in the quality of our products and offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects for all authentic Dotmod products.
5.1. Covered Products
The warranty applies to authentic Dotmod products identified by Dotmod as having a manufacturing, material, or design defect.
5.2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or modification of the product

Damage from improper transport, storage, or handling

Products that have been altered or repaired by unauthorized parties

Accidents or natural disasters

Normal wear and tear, scratches, discoloration, or oxidation

Loss, theft, or shipping-related damage
-
E-liquids or damage caused by liquids or water
-
Batteries, disposable products, and coils
-
Second-hand items, transferred ownership, or items whose authenticity cannot be verified

Color variations inherent to manufacturing processes or materials
-
Minor packaging or cosmetic imperfections
5.3. Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim, please email customerservice@dotmod.com and include the following information:

Full name

Postal address
-
Place and date of purchase

Photo or copy of the purchase receipt

Photo of the product with visible serial number

Photo or copy of the certificate of authenticity

Detailed description of the issue

Photo or video clearly showing the defect
5.4. Product Return for Warranty
The product must be returned:

In its original packaging,
-
With all accessories, manuals, and certificates,
-
Along with a note including your name, contact information, and warranty claim number (if provided).
Return shipping costs to Dotmod are the responsibility of the customer.
If the warranty is approved, return shipping of the repaired or replacement product will be covered by Dotmod.
5.5. Warranty Processing

If the product is repairable, we will repair and return it free of charge.

If the product is irreparable and was purchased less than 90 days ago, you may choose between:

A store credit equal to the original purchase price, or
-
A replacement product of equal or lesser value (exact model/color availability not guaranteed).

If the product is irreparable and was purchased more than 90 days ago, a store credit equal to 50% of the purchase price will be issued.
6. Fees and Responsibilities

Return shipping fees to Dotmod are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping fees for sending repaired or replacement products are covered by Dotmod if the warranty applies.

If the warranty is denied, the customer must pay shipping fees to have the product returned.
7. Communication and Conduct

All communication with our customer service team must remain respectful and professional.
Dotmod reserves the right to refuse a warranty request in cases of abusive or inappropriate behavior.
